We’re seeking an organized and motivated Public Relations Intern to support our in-house PR team. As PR Intern, you will work closely with our PR team, assisting with new launches, influencer campaigns, reporting and general admin. This is an incredible opportunity to learn the ins and out of PR, events and influencer marketing from a fast-growing and dynamic team, and work for a TikTok-viral skincare company. If you love the beauty industry, had previous PR internship experience and a recent college graduate - we'd love to hear from you!

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Position: PR Intern
• Pay: $17/hr
• Reports To: PR and Influencer Relations Senior Manager
• Location: Hybrid, has to be in our NYC office at least once a week
• Work Hours: Available to work a minimum of 16-24 hours per week, full days preferred (9:30 am – 5:30 pm ET).

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in-house PR team and assist PR Manager on various projects events.
• Manage and organize inventory of products in PR closet at NYC HQ 
• Place product orders from the company warehouse for the PR team needs (mailers, influencer requests, agency restocks, PR closet restocks, etc.)
• Assist in updating internal awards tracker, master content tracker, and receive hands on training for influencer management tools like CreatorIQ.
• Handle product sendouts to influencers, magazines, websites, makeup artists (via messenger and UPS).
• Assist in researching and outreach to potential influencer partners for the brand
• Assist in updating master lists with new contact information of influencers, editors, makeup artists, etc.
• Conduct competitive research on influencer mailers, activations & events.
• Brainstorm ideas for mailers, events and influencer collaborations.
