Summary
The TEMP Analyst - Port Operations Support role will conduct simple manual data extractions and populate a spreadsheet to collect business critical information for Internal Damage analysis. The secondary role will be assisting the AP team with simple AP processing.
Responsibilities
- Manual Data Entry
- Gather incident reports according to a list provided
- Identify requested information and populate into a consolidating spreadsheet
- AP Processing Support
- Monitor Accounts Payable aging and ensure timely payment processing
- Process manual invoices, audit, and reconcile backup data to ensure billing accuracy and processing efficiency
- Support team initiatives as request
- All other duties as assigned
1 month contract; $25/hour
Skills & Qualifications
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Ex. Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills Required
- Has a strong concept of Accounts Payable Preferred
- Detail Oriented Preferred
- Associate's Degree Required
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 1 - 2 Years of direct experience in Accounts Payable Processing, Book Keeping, Billing, and/or Data Entry Required
- 2 - 5 Years of direct experience in Accounts Payable Processing, Book Keeping, Billing, and/or Data Entry Preferred
- Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
- Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
- Lift up to 20lbs
- Carry up to 20lbs
- Stand/walk
