Summary
This position is mainly responsible for the inspection of completed production vehicles for quality related issues.
Responsibilities
- Vehicle inspection
- Inspect exterior of new vehicles for defects and damage
- Inspect assigned interior features of new vehicles for defects and damages
- Properly identify all quality defects and damages on units coming down their line
- Document & Report all defects
- Properly identify all defects and damages
- Document all quality/damage issues, in order to track the number of issues and whether they are increasing or decreasing
- Report any increase of the same defects to the Supervisor
- Report any recurring issues to the Supervisor, so HMMA can be made aware and corrective action can be made
- Assist in other area's when needed.
