This role partners with senior Investment Banking leadership to help manage the financial and operational side of the business. It's a strategic finance position focused on helping leadership run and grow the Investment Banking platform.
Responsibilities
- Forecast revenue and manage the deal pipeline.
- Track deals, revenue, banker attribution, and payouts.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Analyze business performance and profitability.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Improve processes and lead business initiatives.
- Partner with senior bankers, Finance, and Operations.
- Assist with recruiting and organizational planning.
- Support strategic projects, including acquisitions, when needed.
Qualifications
- 10 years in Investment Banking, Strategic Finance, Business Management, or Investment Banking Finance.
- Strong understanding of the investment banking deal lifecycle.
- Experience supporting senior leadership with financial analysis and business strategy.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
- CPA or CFA is a plus.
