Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business by selling investment solutions to affluent and HNW clients
- Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM systems and AI-driven sales tools
- Develop customized portfolio strategies aligned with client financial goals
- Consistently exceed sales quotas and revenue targets
- Strengthen client relationships to increase retention and assets under management (AUM)
- Analyze market trends and leverage data insights to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, or private banking
- Proven track record as a revenue generator / quota achiever
- Experience working with high-net-worth (HNW) or affluent clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and remote sales tools
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in asset management or investment advisory firms
- Familiarity with GenAI tools, sales automation, or fintech platforms
- Knowledge of portfolio management, financial planning, or investment products
- Experience working in remote or hybrid sales environments
Compensation & Benefits
- $175,000 – $250,000 base salary uncapped commission (high six-figure potential)
