Role Description
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing marketing campaigns, developing and executing training initiatives, and managing digital and traditional marketing efforts. Key day-to-day tasks include creating and managing marketing content, collaborating with sales team and corporate digital marketing team, analyzing market trends, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Moraine, OH.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Brand Development
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and AEO/SEO best practices
- Experience in Content Creation, Copywriting, and Marketing Communications
- Experience in building in-person, virtual and/or online training programs
- Proven ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis to inform marketing initiatives
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the food service or commercial kitchen equipment industry is a plus
