Our services include Local SEO, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, review generation, lead-generation systems, CRM automation, and other digital marketing solutions.
We’re looking for a personable, organized, and motivated individual to join our team in a customer service and account management role focused on digital marketing.
Position Overview
The Marketing Account Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for our clients.
Your main responsibility will be making sure clients feel supported, informed, and confident in the marketing services we provide.
You’ll communicate with clients regularly, answer questions, help troubleshoot issues, review account performance, coordinate requests with our internal marketing team, and identify opportunities to improve their results.
You do not need to be a digital marketing expert when you start. We can teach the marketing platforms and systems.
We’re primarily looking for someone who is excellent with people, comfortable with technology, organized, dependable, and interested in learning digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
- Communicate regularly with clients by phone, email, and text
- Answer questions regarding marketing campaigns, lead flow, advertising, and account performance
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Help clients understand their marketing results in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Review client accounts for potential issues or opportunities
- Coordinate client requests with our advertising, SEO, and support teams
- Assist clients with CRM systems, lead notifications, pipelines, and marketing automations
- Help troubleshoot basic issues involving lead routing, phone numbers, forms, tracking, and integrations
- Assist with onboarding new clients and setting up their marketing systems
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns
- Identify opportunities where additional marketing services could benefit a client
- Document client conversations, requests, and follow-up items
- Help improve internal customer service processes and workflows

Marketing Experience Is a Plus — But Not Required

Compensation & Growth
Starting Pay: $20/hour
Additional earning opportunities may include:
