What are the responsibilities and job description for the Testing Lead position at GlobalSource IT?
GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need for a QA Lead to help with coordination and drive of their overall testing efforts for new ADMS/OMS solutions. This client needs someone who is experienced in supporting newer Distribution Management and Outage Management software. Responsibilities will include testing strategies, regression efforts, team coordination, defect tracking, test plans, and any functional documentation/requirements for testing teams. This opportunity is set for an initial 6 months and can extend on further contract or contract to hire based on candidate preference.

- Must have at least 6 years of hands on QA/Testing experience for either IT software of systems
- Experience leading a QA team is a must for this opportunity to train, manage, and deliver both testing plans or strategies
- Candidates must have either ADMS or OMS experience to be considered for this role (ideally, GEV v3.11)
- Strong communication both written and verbal is required as well
