What are the responsibilities and job description for the SAP TMS Architect position at GlobalSource IT?
GlobalSource IT has a Direct Client need for an SAP TMS Architect to help shape the delivery of SAP Transportation across the organization (S/4Hana). This will include working with cross functional teams/stakeholders for new architectural designs, recommendations for best practices, integrations with SAP or non-SAP applications, and enhancements alike. Experience with multi-modal transportation modes like Rail, Freight, Barge, and Containers is preferred. They've set the role at an initial 6 months to start and has a high likelihood of extensions based on performance.
- Must have over 10 years of SAP experience with a focused delivery of Transportation Management solutions
- Ability to deliver architectural reviews, recommendations, and solutions for all TMS needs is required
- Cross functional and integrations experience of TMS to other SAP and non-SAP applications
- Experience with modal types like Barge, Freight, Rail, Containers, or Vessel is highly preferred
