We are seeking a "Senior Program Manager" with extensive experience managing data-focused programs. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a hybrid onsite work arrangement.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- More than 15 years of experience with 8 years of program management experience.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification.
- Experience managing Data and cloud technology projects (ETL, BI and Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience of managing & leading a team of 25 members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
