Senior Mechanical / Electromechanical Engineer

Position 1: Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, analysis, and prototyping of complex mechanical systems, components, and complete product solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution, or an equivalent recognized engineering qualification.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in mechanical design, machine design, or mechanical product development.
• Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, complex assemblies, detailed engineering drawings, and design documentation.
• Demonstrated expertise in Finite Element Analysis (FEA), preferably using ANSYS.
• Extensive experience in mechanical design, product development, and design for manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop complex mechanical products from concept through prototyping and production readiness.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, materials, manufacturing processes, tolerances, and mechanical component design.
• Demonstrated experience in technical problem-solving, engineering investigations, and design optimization.
• Proven ability to manage engineering assignments independently and deliver projects from inception to completion.

Position 2: Senior Electromechanical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Senior Electromechanical Engineer to lead the design, development, integration, and validation of complex electromechanical systems, machinery, components, and complete product solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. An ABET-accredited engineering program is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience in electromechanical design, machine design, or integrated product development.
• Demonstrated proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, assemblies, engineering drawings, and design documentation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical system interaction and electromechanical integration.
• Experience in the design and development of complex machinery, equipment, or industrial products.
• Demonstrated ability to take engineering projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and production readiness.
• Experience with product development, design optimization, and Design for Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of electrical theory, electrical testing procedures, and the principles governing electromechanical systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage project responsibilities, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
