Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM | Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a Risk Solutions Technical Assistant Scheduler to join a leading property and casualty insurance company with over 170 years of success. This role supports scheduling, data management, and communication between teams to keep operations running smoothly.
You’ll work with vendor managers, field consultants, and underwriting teams to ensure accurate scheduling and reporting. This is a great opportunity to grow your administrative and technical skills in a supportive, hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate work between field consultants and internal teams.
- Support daily operations, data processing, and reporting activities.
- Review and update insured account data and audit information.
- Prepare and analyze scheduling reports and vendor performance summaries.
- Identify and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of scheduling or administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid setup and manage multiple priorities.
