Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience (LTC required)
- Active Colorado RN License (Current & Unrestricted)
- Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination required
- Must be comfortable with holiday coverage (No time-off requests permitted)
Housing & Rules:
- Facility housing provided (shared 2 bed/2 bath apartment; rent paid by facility)
- Radius Rule: Permanent address must be 65 miles from facility (No local candidates)
- Strictly NO PETS and NO SMOKING
