Pay Rate: $35.00 - $45.00 per hourPosition SummaryThe Recruiter manages the full recruitment lifecycle for Non-Exempt and General Warehouse Associates within an assigned distribution center and/or geographic area. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop and execute staffing strategies that support high-volume hiring needs while maintaining a strong candidate experience.Key Responsibilities• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer for warehouse and non-exempt roles
• Build and execute staffing strategies aligned to geographic hiring needs
• Develop partnerships with local colleges, military organizations, and community-based groups
• Source, screen, assess, and extend offers to candidates
• Develop actionable hiring plans to meet headcount goals
• Manage applicants and pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Proactively build talent pipelines for future workforce needs
• Coordinate and facilitate virtual hiring events and support in-person events
• Report weekly hiring progress and metrics to management
• Anticipate hiring challenges and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
• Ensure job postings and applicant search results remain current and accurateRequired Skills & Qualifications• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting or sourcing experience
• Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
• Ability to work onsite at the distribution center as business needs require
• Strong technical aptitude using Excel, PowerBI, ATS platforms, and related tools
• Demonstrated experience in strategic and targeted sourcing, including passive candidate outreach
• Strong business acumen, professional presence, and intellectual curiosity
• Effective talent assessment and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to identify innovative recruiting methods
