Job Summary
In this role, you will source, engage, interview, and guide top talent to successful careers with the client. Your knowledge of industry trends, experience building business partnerships, and participation in strategic initiatives will be instrumental in ensuring the client's Talent Acquisition programs, policies, and processes are current, effective, and meet business goals.
This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership. The work location is Reston, VA, and there is no relocation authorized for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifies and leverages industry trends, legislative updates, and best practices to ensure TA programs, policies, and processes are current, effective, and meet business goals.
- Sources, screens, and interviews candidates for a variety of positions, complying with company policy and government regulatory guidelines.
- Analyzes resumes for relevant skills, knowledge, and qualifications, conducts screening interviews, assists managers with interviews, tests and ranks candidates, extends offers, and provides feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
- Works with managers to create appropriate requisitions and ads (e.g., developing job descriptions, posting on internal and external sites, providing specifications to external recruiting agencies, etc.).
- Represents the organization at employment fairs, participates in campus recruiting activities, and/or builds sourcing pipelines/networks for targeted talent pools.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated strength with candidates and internal customers.
- Experience with EPC industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong initiative with sound judgment in candidate assessment, hiring decisions, and issue escalation.
- Experience successfully managing high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting semiconductor and data center industries is preferred.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant experience (with bachelor's degree or international equivalent), or 9–12 years of relevant work experience.
