Excellent communication skills with both customers and employees are essential.

Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, benefits administration, and personnel records
- Maintain HR documentation and compliance for government contracting requirements
- Coordinate workforce planning and organizational development with leadership
- Build strong relationships with employees, management, and customers
- Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for government contract and corporate positions
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate hiring for technical and non-technical roles
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and executives
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting metrics
- Support offer negotiations and onboarding coordination
- Maintain professional communication with candidates, employees, and customers
- Manage full onboarding and offboarding lifecycle processes for employees
- Ensure completion of all employment, compliance, and security documentation
- Coordinate security clearance processing and verification as required
- Facilitate new hire orientation and integration into the organization
- Conduct exit processing, including system access removal and documentation
- Partner with leadership to ensure smooth employee transitions in and out of the company
- Utilize Paylocity for HRIS, payroll coordination, onboarding, offboarding, and reporting
- Maintain accurate employee and candidate data
- Generate HR and recruiting reports for leadership
- Improve HR and recruiting processes for efficiency and compliance
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of combined HR management and recruiting
- Prior experience in a government contracting environment required
- Experience working with cleared personnel / security clearance processes required
- Strong knowledge of federal employment regulations and HR compliance
- Hands-on experience with Paylocity required
- Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes required
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in HR documentation and processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in an in-office environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar
