Job Summary
Responsible for administration of Global Quality Systems and Enterprise Training in Hologic's Learning Management System. Additional responsibilities include security and software upgrades, reporting and extracting system metrics, and coordination with local Subject Matter Experts. Managing LMS system usage metrics, process controls and change control to maintain compliance to regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties
The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs.
- Global administration of the Hologic Learning Management System
- Support software system upgrades ensuring proper validation review is performed
- Supporting cross functional teams and site Subject Matter Expert (SMEs)
- Support compliance with Quality Systems Management requirements
- Maintain Corporate, site and divisional training matrices in accordance with Record Retention
- Assign and maintain Global Quality Systems and Enterprise wide training materials
- Maintain or improve system procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) for LMS system and administrators
- Grant permissions and access based on completion of training
- Review documents for correct format, content, and revisions
- Upload approved training documents/materials into the LMS system
- Address issues/concerns logged by end users through the Hologic ticketing system
- Generates daily, weekly, and monthly Quality System training compliance reports; seek to improve reporting processes to ensure unified approach and procedures
- Supports the process to gather and communicate quality systems Key Performance Indicators across the organization
- Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and non-conformances (NCs) for LMS issues identified
- Provide internal and external audit support
- Support process improvements of LMS systems, processes, and procedures
- Communicate across businesses and functional teams

Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (minimum meeting the below)
Required Experience
- A minimum of (3) years' experience with LMS systems and/or a system administration
- A minimum of (3) years' experience in Quality Management Systems
Required Skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior organizational skills and dedication to completing projects on time
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Cornerstone LMS systems preferred
