Corporate Safety and Physical Security Systems Support Engineer
Location: Owings Mills, MD

Contract Details

Key Responsibilities
Systems Support
- Support and maintain CSPS Systems.
- Experience with multiple Client and VMS systems is required.
- Optimizing efficiencies within the systems.
- Diagnosing & troubleshooting any logical issues within the Client and VMS.
- If system issues cannot be resolved in house, a service ticket will be opened with a vendor.
Service Calls
- Communicate with facilities, engineering, and security officers to identify faulty doors and cameras.
- Initiate service tickets with security vendors for all TRP office locations.
- Coordinate service visit with vendor and on-site POC.
- Support technicians when they are onsite from an S2 and Milestone perspective.
- Follow up with vendor to coordinate required parts and return visits.
Technical Support for Allied Universal Officers
- Focus of support will be for the GSOC and Badging Offices.
- Assist with CCTV viewing stations in the OM and COS GSOC.
- Daily support of S2 for badging and GSOC teams.
- Support OM and COS Guard House equipment.
- Any physical security equipment that is not supported directly by TRP IT will be supported by this role.
Work Orders
- Initiate small projects such as single door or camera adds with security vendors.
- Coordinate install with security vendor, facilities, and relevant TRP IT teams.
TRP IT Tracking
- Maintain and update TRP IT equipment trackers as new security equipment is installed, and old equipment is replaced.
Required Skills
- Experience with multiple Client and VMS systems.
Preferred Skills
- Certified in Milestone and S2 (desired but not required).
