The Business Analyst supports Global Operations by driving execution of critical multi-stage initiatives tied to the USCM Delivery program. This role contributes to strategy, business process optimization, system implementation, and operational readiness. The analyst will work across teams, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations, internal controls, and business objectives while delivering high-visibility project outcomes in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer & Operational Support
- Contribute to a customer-focused culture that strengthens relationships and enhances operational excellence
- Ensure alignment with governance, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and internal policy frameworks
- Manage and support complex multi-faceted initiatives addressing strategic transaction banking needs
- Prepare and manage detailed project/action plans
- Conduct deep research and analysis to inform operational best practices
- Participate in system training and develop training materials for Operations users
- Define test plans and create test cases for UT, IST, and UAT cycles
- Clearly document business requirements on behalf of Operations
- Act as SME supporting concurrent workstreams
- Liaise with users, vendors, and regulatory bodies
- Develop comprehensive understanding of transaction banking products and operating models
- Document future-state processes, policies, procedures, knowledge libraries, and job aids
- Create and maintain operational metrics used across multiple business tiers
- Reengineer existing tools and workflows to reduce cost, improve efficiency, and mitigate operational risk
- Apply business, financial, and process engineering knowledge to deliver measurable improvements
- Provide high-level professional service while coordinating across internal/external stakeholders
- Communicate effectively to ensure milestone delivery ahead of schedule
- Integrate risk culture and appetite into daily activities and decisions
- 3-6 years as a Business Analyst in transaction banking or transaction products
- Knowledge of corporate/commercial deposits and back-office processes
- 2 years of UAT experience
- Strong skills in MS Office, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel
- 3 years experience with JIRA/Confluence
- 3 years experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar field
- Business Analysis certification
- Consulting or FinTech background
