Screen Printer / Machinist – 1st Shift - Pay up to $22/hr!
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position responsible for setting up and operating a manual screen printer as well as various fabrication equipment.
What You'll Do
Candidates must be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods. This position requires the ability to regularly lift up to 10 lbs., frequently lift up to 25 lbs., and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
The work environment includes moving machinery and higher noise levels. Hearing protection is required in designated areas.

We are seeking an experienced Screen Printer / Machinist to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on production position responsible for setting up and operating a manual screen printer as well as various fabrication equipment.
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate a manual screen-printing machine
- Set up jobs according to work instructions, blueprints, bills of material, and quality requirements
- Properly align and register parts to produce complete, accurate printed images
- Perform ink adhesion tests and inspect finished parts for quality
- Read and interpret engineering prints and blueprints
- Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring/inspection tools
- Perform piece counts, quality checks, and required production documentation
- Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including:
- Drill press
- Brake press
- Punch press
- Shear
- Saw
- Assist with cross-training and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Manufacturing or production experience
- Ability to read and work from engineering prints
- Comfortable using calipers and other measuring instruments
- Previous experience is ideal, willing to train
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to consistently produce accurate, quality work
- Dependable attendance and ability to work as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED
