Global Security Corporation is seeking a full-time Workplace Ambassador in Sunnyvale, CA area.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8am to 4:30pm
Duties
- Answer phone inquiries and direct in a polite and friendly manner
- Answer emails promptly and professionally
- Monitor the front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors and contractors.
- Monitor truck gate and direct traffic accordingly.
- Maintain and update quick reference guides and site phone list to facilitate answering phones and directing calls
- Monitor cameras as time permits.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining VIP room, classrooms, and prep areas.
- Direct caterers to event areas and/or classrooms as needed
- Perform other administrative duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Prior experience in receptionist role or a customer support role preferred
