Site Security Manager

Global Security Corporation is hiring a highly skilled Site Manager in Pataskala, OH.

Duties:

• Supervise the day-to-day security operations at the Client’s site.
• Lead and manage a team of security officers and supervisors.
• Recruitment and hiring of new security officers to ensure 100% staffing requirements are met
• Manage the scheduling and payroll submission duties at the site
• Work closely with the Client’s management staff to include, all reporting and deliverables are being met
• Ensure the client site is provided with high-quality security services to protect its employees and property
• Develop and foster relationships with the Client and its employees
• Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client sites to meet or exceed the Company’s financial and operational goals
• Monitor Ohio Private Protective Services security officer licenses by Ohio law
• Understand and enforce the Company’s Handbook
• All other duties and responsibilities as required by the Client and Company

Qualifications

• Previous Account Management, law enforcement, and military experience preferred
• A four-year college degree is preferred
• Experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff
• Ability to work in a team environment or independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a team of employees, and client requirements on an ongoing basis
• Previous scheduling experience preferred
• Knowledge and skill with computer programs
• Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
• Knowledge of Ohio Private Protective Services security guard licensing requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 per hour
