As the Construction Project Manager – Global Facilities, you aren’t just "managing a schedule"—you are the engine driving high-complexity EPC (Engineer-Procure-Construct) mandates. The Mandate (Core Responsibilities)
- EPC Strategic Oversight: Command the day-to-day operations of single or multiple high-value projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle from pre-construction to final turnover.
- Operational Control: Drive the Project Execution Plan with clinical precision, including construction quality assurance, safety & health performance, and procurement strategies.
- Revenue & Risk Leadership: Lead project planning, estimating, and cost development. Conduct internal and external risk reviews and collaborate with Legal to safeguard project integrity.
- Client Architecture: Act as the strategic partner for the client, managing relationships and interfacing on all proposal and project-related milestones.
- Contractual Mastery: Negotiate prime contracts, CM agreements, subcontracts, and complex change orders with an eye for organizational ROI.
- Financial Stewardship: Direct project cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and invoicing. Present high-level status reports to internal and external executive management.
- Resource Deployment: Develop staffing plans, mentor field staff (Assistant PMs, Coordinators, and Craft Supervision), and manage community and building trades relationships.
