As the Construction Project Manager – Aviation, you aren’t just "managing a schedule"—you are the engine driving high-complexity EPC (Engineer-Procure-Construct) mandates for critical airport infrastructure. You will navigate the critical path from pre-construction to turnover, ensuring that every unit rate and craft hour translates into organizational ROI.
The Mandate (Core Responsibilities)
- EPC Strategic Oversight: Command the day-to-day operations of Aviation projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle including safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
- Operational & Craft Leadership: Manage labor burdens, composite crew rates, and craft classifications. You will maintain craft competency standards and foster advancement opportunities for field talent.
