The Ultimate Flight Path: From High-Performance Manager to Vested Global Partner.

The Opportunity: Why 100% Employee Ownership is the Final Destination for Elite Talent

For the high-performing Aviation professional, a standard salary is often a ceiling on your true value. At our Client’s firm, we’ve removed the ceiling. We are a 100% employee-owned global leader where your expertise doesn’t just earn a paycheck—it builds your personal balance sheet. This is a strategic move for a leader who wants the stability of a firm with 70 offices and the upside of being a true partner in the firm’s growth.

The Impact: Engineering Excellence on a Global Stage

As the Construction Project Manager – Aviation, you aren’t just "managing a schedule"—you are the engine driving high-complexity EPC (Engineer-Procure-Construct) mandates for critical airport infrastructure. You will navigate the critical path from pre-construction to turnover, ensuring that every unit rate and craft hour translates into organizational ROI.

The Mandate (Core Responsibilities)

  • EPC Strategic Oversight: Command the day-to-day operations of Aviation projects, overseeing the entire lifecycle including safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
  • Operational & Craft Leadership: Manage labor burdens, composite crew rates, and craft classifications. You will maintain craft competency standards and foster advancement opportunities for field talent.
  • Revenue & Unit Rate Mastery: Estimate, forecast, and manage craft install unit rates and earned value metrics. You will facilitate cost reporting and work breakdown structure (WBS) establishment with clinical precision.
  • Client Architecture: Act as the strategic interface for the client, managing relationships and navigating proposal and project-related items.
  • Contractual & Risk Mastery: Negotiate prime contracts, CM agreements, subcontracts, and change orders. Participate in rigorous internal and external risk reviews.
  • Financial Stewardship: Review, approve, and communicate project budgeting and cash flow forecasts to internal and external executive management.
  • Technical Deployment: Collaborate with engineering to establish the distribution of deliverables and manage downstream contract administration (RFIs, submittals, and claims mitigation).
  • Site Intelligence: Oversee site layout, mobilization, and materials management, including inventory control and transportation.

The Candidate Profile (Key Qualifications)

  • Proven Command: Minimum of 7 years of relevant PM experience, specifically within the construction industry.
  • Sector Depth: Multiple years of experience on-site or executing program management in Aviation or high-complexity industrial sectors.
  • Technical Suite: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) and specialized project management/scheduling software.
  • Financial Literacy: A foundational understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is required to manage project-level P&L.
  • Strategic Mobility: A willingness to travel as needed to support a national footprint from our Atlanta hub.

The ROI: Elite Differentiators (What’s In It For You)

  • The Wealth Hook: 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)—your performance directly scales your net worth.
  • Financial Floor: A competitive base salary of $155,000 – $165,000.
  • Personal Sovereignty: Hybrid work arrangements and a focus on physical/emotional health via on-site workout facilities.
  • Total Wellness: Comprehensive medical/dental/vision, fertility coverage, and a Diabetes Management Program.
  • Family-First Culture: Paid Parental, Maternal, and Caregiver leave.

Your trajectory deserves an ownership stake—let’s discuss how this pivot eliminates the misalignment between your effort and your equity.
