The Role Summary
The Municipal Project Manager leads multidisciplinary teams in the planning, design, and delivery of complex municipal infrastructure and site development projects. This is a high-visibility leadership role requiring technical civil engineering mastery, strategic client relationship management, and a commitment to mentoring the next generation of professional engineers within a premier, independent legacy firm.
The Destination: The Last Great Independent Powerhouse
While the industry collapses into rigid national conglomerates where you are just a number in a spreadsheet, Our Client remains the fierce, independent authority on Arizona’s infrastructure. With a multi-decade legacy as the "Arizona-first" destination for the state’s most critical projects, this is a high-gravity center for agile decision-making and principal-led expertise. If you are tired of the bureaucratic friction of a global firm, this is your escape.
The Cultural Blueprint: Autonomy Over Quotas
Recognized as a "Best Place to Work" for several consecutive years, Our Client has deleted the "production unit" mentality. We are seeking a leader who understands that infrastructure is the foundation of a community’s future. This environment is built for the technical expert who craves high-visibility project ownership and the freedom to lead multidisciplinary teams without being tethered to a rigid desk.
