Customer Service Representative

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to add to our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle inquiries will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for helping others. NO REMOTE WORK!

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, ensuring a high level of service.
• Provide information about products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services.
• Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the call center database.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional client services.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.
• Must be reliable for work M-F in our office and punctual

Experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, particularly in a call center environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; multilingual candidates are highly desirable. PLEASE INCLUDE that in your resume
• Ability to upsell products or services when appropriate.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
• Experience with cash handling and financial transactions is a plus.
• Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
