For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. What You’ll Own
- Serve as a subject matter expert for payments processes, products, and operational workflows.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve complex operational, client, and transaction-related issues.
- Drive process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities for new products, enhancements, or process changes.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver a positive client experience.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
- Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of payments products, transaction processing, and industry best practices.
- Analyzes issues, identifies root causes, and implements effective solutions.
- Manages projects and priorities while meeting business objectives and service expectations.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, product, technology, and compliance teams to drive results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and teamwork.
