Your Role: Quote Coordinator
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Quote Coordinator with a growth mindset to join our team. The ideal candidate will efficiently process high-volume, time-sensitive quotations, ensure data validation, and provide exceptional customer service support. Essential Functions:
- Coordinate and respond to incoming customer quote requests
- Send, receive and enter supplier quote requests
- Accurately and efficiently enter data and cascade information
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop a strong relationship with the customer and supplier base
- Evaluate data, forecast possible outcomes, and act
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and accurate
- Deadline and Detail Orientated
- Self-starter who can work well in a team setting and independently
- Ability to stay focused and on task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keyboard fluency and typing skills (at least 40 WPM with minimal errors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
