Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Coordinator role based in Dearborn, MI. The Coordinator will oversee scheduling, data management, and daily operational tasks to ensure seamless workflow and communication within the team. The individual will support cross-departmental coordination, maintain accurate documentation, track project progress, and facilitate clear communication between stakeholders. They will also proactively identify challenges and assist in implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in data management and technology tools, including Microsoft Office and project management software
- Strong communication skills, including effective verbal and written communication with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to identify challenges and propose effective solutions
- Familiarity with healthcare operations or administrative experience is a benefit
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
