Your Role: Order Processor
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Order Processor with a growth mindset to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be processing a high volume of incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry. This position is part of our Order Management Team, and you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications. Essential Functions:
- Prioritize and respond to incoming customer orders
- Accurate and efficient data entry and cascading of information
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Evaluate data, forecast possible outcomes, and take action
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and accurate
- Deadline and Detail Orientated
- Self-starter who can work well in a team setting and independently
- Ability to stay focused and on-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Keyboard fluency and typing skills (at least 40 WPM with minimal errors)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in an office setting preferred
