Mortgage Loan Processor
Location: Birmingham, MI (On-site)
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for reviewing and verifying loan applications, preparing mortgage loan files, coordinating with underwriters, and ensuring compliance with all mortgage regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process mortgage loan applications.
- Communicate with borrowers to collect required documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated loan files.
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure timely loan approvals.
- Manage deadlines to ensure efficient loan processing.
- Provide excellent communication and customer service throughout the loan process.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in mortgage processing and the mortgage industry.
- Strong understanding of loan processing, underwriting, and compliance.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Job Type: Full-time, on-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (base salary plus commission)
Requirements: Must be able to commute to Birmingham, MI. Remote work is not available.
