GMW is seeking a Program Administrator. This role will work closely with Program Management as our primary interface with our customers. Qualified individuals who possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and are detailed oriented are encouraged to apply. This function will train to be a future Program Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Enter purchase orders & other data into computer systems per established procedures
- Regular communication with customers regarding orders & other support issues
- Provide product delivery status to customers
- Review incoming orders for conformity to; company bids, quantities, due dates, expedites, Terms & Conditions, etc.
- Organizes received data and source documents; identifies data to be entered
- Communicate & coordinate customer needs to GMW internal team
- Analyze contracts and confers with various department heads to detect ambiguities, inaccurate statements, omissions of essential terms, and conflicts
- Interface with appropriate staff to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data
- Proof data entered against source documents; make necessary corrections
- Prepare reports and correspondence as needed
- Ability to work independently and with Company leadership
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Skilled at data entry with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with medium to advanced skills
- Able to demonstrate Excel functions during interview (formulas, V-Lookup, Pivot tables)
- Proficient in Work and Outlook
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Minimum 5-years in similar role
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates Degree in Business or related field

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment. Occasionally you may need to enter the machine shop where high-speed machinery and equipment is used. There is exposure to machine oil, metal filings, unpleasant odors and noise. Job functions on and around mechanized equipment will present the need for alertness, accuracy and safety awareness.
