The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Public Sector projects (greenfield or brownfield) and the ability to lead functional delivery in a complex environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Public Sector projects (greenfield or brownfield) and the ability to lead functional delivery in a complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, Payroll, Benefits).
- Partner with stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize HCM processes aligned to public sector requirements.
- Drive integration with other SAP modules and ensure compliance with HR/Payroll regulations.
- Provide guidance to functional teams and ensure smooth delivery across workstreams.
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and support ongoing enhancements.
- 10 years of SAP HCM experience with deep expertise in OM, PA, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Proven track record in Public Sector SAP projects (greenfield or brownfield).
- Strong functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on configuration and solution delivery experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
