SAP Sr. Project Manager / Lead Integrations
Location: East Coast, USA (Hybrid 2 3 weeks onsite per month, Mon Thu travel)
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager / Lead to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation delivery across multiple functional workstreams including STP/MM, OTC, LWM/EWM, PTP, and RTR. This role will drive program-level governance, cross-functional integration, and delivery milestones in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment.

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager / Lead to support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation delivery across multiple functional workstreams including STP/MM, OTC, LWM/EWM, PTP, and RTR. This role will drive program-level governance, cross-functional integration, and delivery milestones in a hybrid Agile-Waterfall environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead program governance across multiple Agile teams and workstreams.
- Oversee program planning across Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Hypercare phases using SAP Activate methodology.
- Partner with functional leads, product owners, and stakeholders to manage dependencies and integration points.
- Drive integrations across logistics, finance, procurement, and order management workstreams.
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and milestones using Jira and integrated program plans.
- Coordinate RAID items and WRICEF deliverables across functional areas.
- Support cutover planning, hypercare readiness, and go-live coordination.
- Proactively identify risks, escalate issues, and drive resolution.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise program governance and stage gate requirements.
- Proven experience running end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations using SAP Activate.
- Hands-on experience across SAP modules (STP/MM, OTC, LWM/EWM, PTP, RTR).
- Strong understanding of SAP business process integration across logistics, procurement, finance, and order management.
- Experience coordinating WRICEF objects and RAID management.
- Advanced Jira proficiency (SME level); familiarity with Mural and Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Excellent organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to balance Agile principles with SAP delivery frameworks.
- High accountability, proactive planning, and strong facilitation skills.
- Remote role with required hybrid travel (2 3 weeks per month onsite, Mon Thu).
