Job Title: Network Technician

Location: Minneapolis , MN

Responsibilities

  • Install network switches and ports across organizational infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues with System Engineers
  • Support workspace power systems and wireless connectivity
  • Document work with notes, photos, and spreadsheets
  • Ensure proper installation and equipment placement
  • Safely transport and secure hardware equipment
  • Assist in layout and installation of new infrastructure
  • Communicate progress, issues, and knowledge transfer to team

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED with 4 years relevant experience OR Associate/technical certification with 2 years relevant experience
  • Cisco certification
  • Azure certification
  • Experience with low voltage power, multimedia connectivity, and SolarWinds
  • Ability to read blueprints and floor plans
  • Commitment to promoting an equitable, respectful, and diverse work environment
