Progress Experience in document management, content management or records management
Supervisory or program management experience for a document, content or records management team
Demonstrated experience managing multiple direct reports in an operational or technology environment
Hands-on experience with RightFax & Kofax (or comparable fax server/doc capture platforms) including configuration, administration, and workflow desig
In-depth working knowledge of at least one enterprise ECM/EDMS platform: Laserfiche, IBM FileNet, or Hyland products (OnBase, Perceptive Content)
Proven track record of implementing AI/ML technologies for document classification, data extraction, & intelligent routing in a production environment
Experience designing and documenting business processes, including process maps, swimlane diagrams, functional flow diagrams, and SIPOC charts
Familiarity with OCR, ICR, barcode recognition, and forms processing technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences
Experience w/ formal requirements gathering, including conducting stakeholder interviews, creating user stories, & managing requirements traceability
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Certified Information Professional (CIP) or Certified Records Manager (CRM) designation
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere in conjunction with document workflows
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks relevant to document retention (e.g., HIPAA, SOX, FOIA, NARA)
