Job Title: End User & Desktop Lead

Job Description:
- Lead and support the desktop support team
- Manage daily desktop support operations
- Handle user accounts, access control, Active Directory, GPOs, and IAM tasks
- Manage Windows laptops and desktops (Windows 10/11 and Windows XP)
- Oversee device deployment, patching, updates, and security
- Use SCCM/MECM and Intune for endpoint management
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Tier-3 technical issues
- Maintain and secure legacy Windows XP systems
- Help plan migration from old systems to newer hardware/software
Requirement:
- 5 years of desktop support or endpoint engineering experience
- 2 years of team lead or management experience
- Strong experience with:
- Active Directory
- GPOs and IAM
- Windows 10/11 and Windows XP/7
- SCCM/MECM
- Intune
- Endpoint deployment and patching
Preferred Skills
- Security hardening
- Device lifecycle management
- Migration projects
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
