Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage customer orders for frozen, refrigerated, and dry products
- Monitor order status and address issues to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English to assist customers and internal teams
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide order updates
- Maintain accurate records of orders and customer interactions within the CRM system
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
- Assist the sales team with quotes, invoices, and customer documentation
- Help prepare sales reports and track order activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing preferred
- Experience in food distribution, logistics, or warehouse environments is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
Skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
