What We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in a Customer Support role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for analyzing supplier and customer data related to spare parts, provisioning products, and associated services. This includes processing returns, resolving delivery issues, responding to customer inquiries, and supporting performance metric tracking. You’ll also build strong customer relationships and gain a deep understanding of customer business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and assess customer purchase orders
• Process and maintain orders through Cardex (ERP) and customer portals
• Partner with warehouse, sales, and quality teams to resolve orders
• Prioritize orders based on ship dates and readiness
• Research and resolve order issues using ERP systems
• Monitor open orders and drive timely resolutions
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure on‑time shipment of critical orders
• Expedite and manage urgent or high‑complexity orders
• Resolve customer claims with Accounting, QA, and other departments
• Support credit/rebill processes, RMAs, and root cause analysis
• Recommend and implement corrective actions
• Assist Accounts Receivable with cash collection
• Track part usage and demand across programs to maintain pipeline health
• Collaborate with customers, sales, and planners to ensure alignment
