- Assist members with billing questions and payment options
- Make outbound calls on past-due accounts
- Handle collections for membership financing
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, solutions-focused support
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing billing and collections with professionalism
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in customer service, billing, or collections is a plus
