Job Description & Skill Requirements:
- Strong experience in mechanical design and new product development using Creo (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with the Windchill tool (Mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of off-highway vehicles, including forestry, agriculture, and construction domains, along with related sub-systems (Mandatory).
- Prior exposure to multi-geography team management (Mandatory).
- Experience in creation of complex weldment drawings, including welding processes, weld symbols/styles, machining symbols, GD&T, and tolerance stack-up analysis (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of vehicle integration, hydraulic routing, and electrical routing.
- Knowledge of business development and customer relationship building.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking, excellent requirement understanding, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle project planning and monitoring activities.
- Willingness to learn new technologies to improve the existing product range.
