Job Description:
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in the Off-Highway and Forestry domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SOLIDWORKS and hands-on experience in new product design and development of components made from sheet metal, machined parts, castings, and plastics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work on new product design and development using SOLIDWORKS.
- Coordinate with offshore teams for project assignments, delivery planning, and concept development.
- Solve engineering problems and support product validation.
- Understand manufacturing processes and material selection to ensure design feasibility.
- Manage client relationships and engage with key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project documentation.
- Meet with customers to gather detailed project requirements and clarify expectations.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
Experience Required:
- 3–4 years in Mechanical Design & Development
