Account Executive / Sales Representative

About the Role
Global Asset Security (GAS) is seeking a results-driven Account Executive / Sales Representative to drive new business growth across commercial sectors. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients in industries such as warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing.
The ideal candidate has prior experience selling security guard services or similar B2B service solutions and understands how to navigate operational, safety, and facility management environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings with decision-makers (Operations Managers, Facility Managers, Property Managers, etc.)
- Understand client security needs and present tailored security solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals for security guard services
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (preferred in security services, facilities services, or similar industries)
- Proven experience selling into warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Strong ability to generate leads and close new business
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling contract-based services (e.g., security, janitorial, staffing, or facility services)
- Existing network within warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing sectors
- Familiarity with security operations or guard services
