About the Role
Global Asset Security (GAS) is seeking an experienced Sales Associate with a background in selling security guard services to commercial clients. This role is responsible for driving new business, building client relationships, and closing service agreements across key industries such as warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and commercial facilities.
The ideal candidate understands the security services landscape and can confidently engage decision-makers to present tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for security guard services
- Build relationships with decision-makers such as Operations Managers, Facility Managers, and Property Managers
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and develop customized security solutions
- Prepare and present proposals and service agreements
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure successful service implementation
- Track and manage all sales activities within CRM systems
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience selling security guard services or similar contract-based services
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business
- Experience working with warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or commercial clients
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within industrial, logistics, or commercial sectors
- Experience selling multi-site or contract-based security solutions
- Familiarity with security operations and service delivery
