Requirements:
- Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently to assist clients and maintain services.
- High School diploma or equivalent.

Position Overview:
As a Spa Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, ensuring they receive the best service experience. You’ll greet and assist clients, maintain salon standards, and embody the Glo Tanning brand. We're looking for individuals who are FUN, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and DEDICATED to helping people look and feel their best! While previous sales experience is a plus, it’s not required—your smile and personality are what matter most!
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Maintain motivation and be driven by achieving results.
- Provide expert recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
Customer Service:
- Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Create a one-of-a-kind, personalized experience for every client.
- Exceed client expectations by going above and beyond, building strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Salon Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Ensure the salon remains spotless and organized.
- Participate in regular deep cleaning tasks throughout the salon.
- Demonstrate pride in the workplace by maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Assist in preparing the salon for audits and inspections.
- Troubleshoot and assist with minor equipment repairs, escalating issues to the maintenance team when necessary.
