TherAnnu Restorative Spa is a therapeutic wellness center in Westminster, MD offering science-backed, non-invasive services that support healing, recovery, and total-body wellness. We’re not just a spa—we’re a place where people come to feel better, inside and out.
We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist (CSS) to join our team 22 hours per week. If you’re positive, proactive, and passionate about wellness, we’d love to meet you!
About the Role:
As a CSS, you’ll be the friendly face that guides clients through their experience at TherAnnu—prepping rooms, setting up services, and keeping the spa running smoothly and on time. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every client feels safe, supported, and cared for from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
- Learn and confidently explain all services offered at TherAnnu
- Greet and guide clients through each part of their wellness visit
- Set up clients for services like cryotherapy, infrared sauna, and compression therapy
- Ensure safety and comfort, checking consent forms and answering questions
- Stay on top of the schedule to make sure services run on time
- Document client preferences and service settings
- Set timers and assist clients in and out of services as needed
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Keep the spa clean, stocked, and organized—including laundry and room resets
- Support teammates and communicate client needs to the front desk
- Perform other duties as assigned to help the spa run smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills (history of food service transfers well into this position)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols
- Comfort with physical tasks: standing, walking, lifting up to 20 lbs
- Able to walk and stand for the duration of a shift. This is a very active position!
- Customer service experience (wellness or spa industry a plus!)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule: We are looking to hire ONE person to cover the following shifts (please do not apply if you cannot commit to covering all of the shifts below on a consistent basis)

- Wed 2-7:30
- Fri 2-7:30
- Sat 9:30-1
- Sun 2-5:30
