Overview
As a spa consultant, you’ll be in charge of greeting and assisting all clients that come in, maintaining the salon overall, and being the face of Glo. Glo Tanning is looking for individuals who are FUN, FRIENDLY, OUTGOING, and DEDICATED people who love to be tan and help make others feel their best! Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Always be prepared to bring your smile and personality!
Requirements
Must be able to stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
Quick on your feet to assist in cleaning our services and assisting clients
Job Responsibilities
- Meet/exceed sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
- Maintain self-motivation and be numbers driven
- Provide proper recommendations based on client needs
- Customer Service :
- Exceptional customer service maintained at all times
- Dedicated to providing a one-of-a-kind experience for clients
- Going above and beyond for existing and potential new clients
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Cleanliness & Maintenance:
- Maintain overall cleanliness of salon
- Participates in deep cleanings throughout the store
- Continually shows pride in work place environment
- Assists in preparing stores for Store Audits
- Troubleshoots and helps repair equipment when capable; equipment issues are communicated to maintenance team immediately
Compensation
- $12-$18 per hour blended pay!
- Hourly PLUS COMMISSION!!!!
