What You’ll Do
- Expertly manage and coordinate attorney calendars and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistical support for domestic and international matters
- Prepare, proofread, and edit a wide array of legal and business documentation with precision and confidentiality
- Organize and maintain comprehensive files, case lists, and client information systems, including updates to firm databases
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and hearings, handling logistics to facilitate successful proceedings
- Support billing, expense reports, and client-matter documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project statuses and potential issues
- Proactively prepare the team for upcoming deadlines and commitments, Demonstrating initiative and attention to detail
- Occasionally travel to support the case team in key activities, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with legal software systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with senior management and diverse teams
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity
- Proven multitasking skills in fast-paced, demanding settings
- Proactive, positive attitude with a drive for continuous learning and development
- Stellar follow-up skills, able to manage multiple priorities independently and efficiently
- Experience supporting international or cross-border legal or business teams
- Familiarity with billing and expense management software systems
- Previous exposure to legal case management systems such as Interaction or similar
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- 5 years of relevant experience in a legal or high-stakes professional environment
- Flexibility to work outside core hours when necessary to support team objectives
- Willingness to travel as needed to support case team activities
