- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using tools like Microsoft Office.
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization of legal files and correspondence.
- Assist with clerical duties including typing, copying, scanning, and maintaining organized filing systems.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk operations within an office environment; legal office experience is a plus.
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), data entry, and general computer literacy.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
