What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Receptionist/ Office Assistant position at Brennan Law Firm?
Small law firm in San Gabriel Valley seeks an entry level receptionist / office assistant who is outgoing, energetic, enthusiastic, organized, and people orientated. This is a great opportunity for someone who desires to grow with an established law firm. Candidates with positive attitudes, great personal skills, critical thinking skills, and professionalism are welcome. We offer vacation and insurance.
Prior experience in a law firm or real estate office is highly preferred, but we will train the right person.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years in an office environment
· Strong, accurate typing / word processing (Microsoft Word) 50 to 70 wpm
· Basic knowledge and skills with phone systems and computers
· Strong ability to accurately multi-task between calls and daily tasks
· Must have experience with Microsoft 365 / OneDrive
· Must have excellent people skills and enjoy interacting with clients
· E-Filing experience is a plus
· Must speak read and write fluent English. Spanish speaking a plus.
